Common questions

Do you take equity?
No. We charge a program fee and a success fee on capital raised during and shortly after the program. Equity-based cohorts may come later, but not in this version.
What if it isn't working out?
You can exit with 30 days' notice. Monthly tiers stop at the end of the notice period; upfront tiers are refunded pro-rata against milestones not yet delivered.
Is this only for Indian companies?
The Program is India-first because incorporation, Grants and MSME Loans are country-specific. Founders elsewhere can still use the platform and discuss suitable support with us.
How many companies per cohort?
8 to 12, starting quarterly, so every company gets real attention.

What happens after you apply?

We review every application and contact shortlisted founders to arrange a selection call where we agree the track, fee and start date. Accepted teams receive a dated roadmap, mentor assignments and a workspace where milestones, deliverables and funding applications are tracked together.

Funding tools - grants, loans and investor discovery - unlock as you complete validation and incorporation milestones, so you never pitch before you are ready.
